🎥 Improved Instagram Quality, Well-Being Badges, and the top trends of the week…
TikTok introduced badges to stop you from doomscrooling… Here are the latest trends and updates you should know about:

👋 Weekly Tips & Tricks
🎥 Instagram Improved Video Quality
Instagram (via Meta) upgraded its HDR video support. On iOS devices that support it, videos uploaded to Instagram can now display in Dolby Vision HDR, which enhances color, brightness and contrast for viewers.
This means creators’ HDR content will look more vivid on capable phones, as Instagram’s app now uses Dolby Vision metadata to adjust for ambient viewing conditions and screen capabilities.
🏅 TikTok Digital Well-Being Badges
To promote healthier usage, TikTok introduced new well-being tools and will reward moderate use. The app’s screen time dashboard now includes an affirmation journal, calming sound generator, and breathing exercise.
TikTok will even grant badge awards to users (especially teens) who avoid late-night scrolling, set daily limits, and use the app within healthy bounds.
🛠️ Facebook’s New Engagement Tools
Facebook has been rolling out features to help creators earn and build community. For example, a “Brand Deals” hub was introduced for eligible creators to connect with sponsors (and manage branded content collaborations) within Facebook.
There’s also a new “Flash Sale” for fan subscriptions, where creators can offer limited-time discounted subscription offers to spur sign-up.
